My name is Jon Hayes, and I've been engaged in 3D printing for personal projects for several years. Recently, I had the exciting opportunity to design and 3D print a custom part for a company—specifically, a chuck insert for a hand cap torque device that applies torque to caps on 5-gallon containers. This experience sparked my motivation to establish JH Designs and share my expertise with a wider audience.
I am deeply passionate about innovation and reverse engineering, and many of the products I offer originate from my own personal needs—solutions I've developed for myself that I believe others may find beneficial as well. Additionally, I provide custom services, empowering customers to realize their unique designs and concepts through 3D printing and design.
Hailing from Linden, a quaint town in Michigan, I graduated from Lake Superior State University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. It was there that I met my wife. Together, we have a daughter, a cat, and a Pomeranian.

Printers
At JH Designs LLC, we're excited to push the boundaries of 3D printing with our Creality K2+ and Ender 3 V3 printers. The K2+ features two CFS, enabling us to create stunning multi-color prints with up to eight hues, and we're already planning upgrades to expand our capabilities further. All printers are outfitted with carbide nozzles, allowing us to work with a variety of engineering materials.
